CrystalPath Agency (“Agency,” “we,” “us”) is a recruitment and staffing agency that connects prospective Agents/Creators with independently operated, established platforms (each, a “Platform”). Agency is not a Platform operator and does not control a Platform's features, billing, or member relationships.3. Eligibility
Use of this Site and application for any position is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to enter into independent contractor agreements in their jurisdiction of residence. By applying, you represent that you meet these requirements. This Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.4. Nature of Our Services
Agency provides recruitment, screening, and onboarding support connecting applicants to Platform opportunities. Any resulting working relationship is governed by a separate Independent Contractor Agreement and by the applicable Platform's own terms of service, which applicants must independently review and accept.5. No Guarantee of Placement or Earnings
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, acceptance by a Platform, or any level of income. Any earnings examples or testimonials on this Site are illustrative only and are not a promise of individual results.6. Application and Verification Process
As part of the application process, you may be asked to provide identifying information and documentation for eligibility, age, and identity verification. Providing false information may disqualify your application or result in termination of any resulting agreement.7. Third-Party Platforms
Any Platform to which Agency refers applicants is independently owned and operated. Agency is not responsible for a Platform's content, billing practices, security, member conduct, or dispute-resolution process. Your use of any Platform is governed solely by that Platform's own terms.8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Agency or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or (d) misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility.10. Disclaimers
